Personal Training Packages

All sales on personal training packages are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services once the purchase is complete. Please carefully review your order before making a purchase, as we do not process returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the service.

All services must be used within the time frame indicated at the time of purchase. Failure to utilise the service within the specified period will result in the service being forfeited without the possibility of a refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise stated in writing. Please ensure that you book and use the service within the provided time frame to avoid any loss of the service. Extensions may only be granted at our discretion and must be confirmed in writing.

Personal Training Monthly Memberships

1. Minimum Commitment

By signing up for our monthly membership, you agree to a minimum commitment of six (6) months. This means you are obligated to remain a member and make monthly payments for at least six months from the date of your membership starts.

2. Payment Terms

Membership fees are charged on a monthly basis. Payments will be automatically billed to the payment method you provide at the time of sign-up, on the same date each month. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up-to-date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may not cancel your membership within the first six months. After the initial six-month period, you may cancel your membership by providing written notice at least one (1) calandar month before the next billing date. Cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following month.

4. Early Termination

In the event you wish to cancel your membership before the six-month commitment is fulfilled, an early termination fee of the remaining months of the initial sign up period will apply. This fee covers the remaining months of the commitment period.

5. Membership Renewal

At the end of the six-month commitment period, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy.

6. Changes to Membership Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of this membership agreement, including pricing, after the initial six-month period. You will be notified in writing of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

7. Price Increase Policy

We reserve the right to adjust our prices annually. Effective from the 1st of April each year, all membership fees, service charges, or product prices will automatically increase by 2.5%. This annual price adjustment is applied to reflect inflation, operational costs, and service improvements.

You will be notified of the price increase in advance, and the updated fees will apply to your next billing cycle or new purchases made after April 1st.

8. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership during the minimum six-month commitment period.

Please carefully review your order before making a purchase, as we do not process returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the service. A change of date can be implemented for appointments should you wish to change this with a minimum of 24-hours notice. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, no change of date will be offered. This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Please ensure you notify us within the required time frame to avoid forfeiting your payment.
